Celebrating Together

The joy of reading was in full swing. We are committed to keeping reading at the heart of learning, ensuring every child has the opportunity to explore their imagination.

Student Swap

In a special cross year session, our older students took on the role of mentors, pairing up with our younger learners to share their favourite tales. The classrooms were filled with a focused as Year 5 and 6 students sat cross-legged with EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils, bringing characters to life with animated voices and pointing out hidden details in the illustrations.

Surprise Guest Storytellers

One of the most exciting highlights was our "Special Guest in Every Room" event. Teachers and staff  changed classes to share their own favourite stories with different year groups. Seeing new faces bringing beloved characters to life giving pupils a chance to connect over stories they might not have discovered otherwise.
