Extra Curricular

 

We've got a great range of clubs for our children, throughout the day.

We offer a range of free extra-curricular clubs designed to nurture pupils’ interests and develop their talents across a variety of areas. Some clubs run throughout the entire year, while others change during the year to ensure pupils have access to a wide range of opportunities. Clubs run at different times and are often tailored to specific age groups.

KS1 Multisports

Various sports to build diverse physical skills, promote activity, and prevent burnout by exposing athletes to different movements and challenges.

Years 1 and 2  - 3:15pm - 4:15pm

Dodgeball

A fast-paced team sport where players try to eliminate opponents by hitting them with thrown balls, while also dodging incoming throws, catching balls to get opponents out, and avoiding stepping out of bounds

Years 1 - 6  3:15pm - 4:15pm

Boys Football

Boys' football is organised, competitive play focusing on skill development and teamwork

Years 1 - 6  3:15pm - 4:15pm

Key Stage 2 Multisports

Creative Club

Creative club is an extracurricular group where students explore imagination and self-expression through various arts and crafts, like drawing, sewing, drama, music, or storytelling, aiming to build confidence, new skills, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.

Years 2/3  Tuesdays - 3:15pm-3:55pm

Gardening Club

Gardening club is a club for our students who love plants and growing things, offering a social space to share knowledge, plant seeds/plants and make bird feeders.

Years 4  Mondays - 3:15pm-3:55pm

Computing Club

Students will use technology, exploring Google Docs and working on presentation skills. 

Year 5 - Tuesdays - 3:15pm-3:55pm

Young Carers Drop In Sessions

Young Carers Club is a supportive group for our students offering a vital break, peer connection, fun activities (like games, trips, crafts), and emotional support to help them balance caring with their own childhood needs, combat isolation, and develop life skills. 

Tuesdays -3:15pm-3:55pm

Breakfast Book Club

A fun, informal group where students read and discuss books to build a love for reading, develop social-emotional skills, and boost confidence, often focusing on reading for pleasure outside the curriculum -

Year 5/6 (invite only) Friday 8:15-8:45

TTRS club

Helping our students master times tables and division facts with a fun, gamified approach. It's used in schools to build quick recall for up to 12×12 boosting math confidence through games, avatars, and competitions
